Webshop payment options
At Novyre we offer several secure payment methods, so you can always choose what works best for you.
Which payment methods are available in the webshop?

Pay with iDEAL
With iDEAL you can pay easily and safely via your own bank. This works in your trusted internet banking environment and meets the strictest security requirements. This payment option is available for customers of banks such as ABN AMRO, Rabobank, ING, SNS Bank, ASN Bank, Triodos Bank, Van Lanschot, RegioBank, Bunq, Knab and Revolut.
Pay with Credit Card
You can pay for your order with VISA, American Express or MasterCard. Fill in the following details when paying:
- Credit card number
- Name as stated on the card
- Expiry date
- CVC code (the three digits on the back of the card)
Your payment is sent encrypted via SSL servers. The amount will only be charged after your order has been shipped.
Pay with Sofort Banking
Sofort Banking is a secure way of paying using your online banking details. Log in via the secure Sofort payment page, select your bank account and complete the payment.
Prices and VAT
All prices of the products in our webshop are including VAT . There are no hidden costs; what you see is what you pay.

Order
Will I receive a confirmation of my order?
Yes, after completing your order you will immediately receive an order confirmation by email.
Problems with payment?
If you are having trouble paying, try clearing your browser history first, add the product to your cart again and complete the payment again.
Can I cancel my order?
You can cancel your order by sending an email to info@novyre.nl before 5pm on the day of the order with:
- Name
- Order number
- Order date
If the order has already been processed, you can only return the package.
Service & Warranty
Warranty conditions
If a product has a defect that was not visible at the time of purchase, report this within a reasonable period. Novyre will assess the defect and offer an appropriate solution: repair, replacement or refund.
NB:
- Warranty does not apply in case of misuse, negligent maintenance or modifications to the product.
- Damage to glass, tires, crown/pin and batteries is not covered by the manufacturer's warranty.
