How do I place an order?

  2. Add to your cart.
  3. Enter your shipping and payment information.
  4. Confirm your order – you will immediately receive a confirmation email.

Can I change or cancel my order?

We process everything quickly. Need to change something? Contact us directly via WhatsApp . If your order is already on its way, unfortunately, changes can't be made.

How do I know if my order has been confirmed?

You'll always receive a confirmation email. Didn't receive one? Check your spam or send us a WhatsApp message.

What are the shipping costs?

  • Always free shipping within the Netherlands & Belgium
  • International: Shipping costs are automatically calculated at checkout

What is the delivery time?

  • Stock products: 1-2 business days
  • Exclusive colours & pre-orders: 7 working days

You will receive a track & trace as soon as your package has been shipped.

Which couriers do you ship with?

We ship quickly and insured with PostNL and DHL.
