We offer free shipping on all our shipments within the Netherlands and Belgium.
Delivery times:
- In stock: Orders will be delivered within 3 - 5 business days.
- Out of stock: Delivery time may vary between 7 - 12 working days.
Although we do our best to deliver your order as soon as possible, the delivery time may in some cases be longer due to external factors, such as busy times at our logistics partners. Should this be the case, we will keep you informed and ensure delivery as soon as possible.
Return Policy
We find it important that you are satisfied with your purchase. If you are not satisfied, you can return the product within 14 days of receipt .
How does returning work?
- Please complete the return form completely and accurately.
- Make sure the article meets the following conditions:
- The item is in original, unused condition and includes all tags.
- Hygiene products (such as lingerie, shapewear and tights) may only be returned if the seal is intact.
- The product is packed in the original packaging.
- Please include the completed return form in the return package.
Return costs:
The costs of returning are at your own expense. Products must be returned to our factory in China. Please note that this may result in higher shipping costs.
Refund:
Once we have received and checked your return, the purchase amount will be refunded to your account within 7 days .
Important conditions:
- Items from competitions or sales cannot be returned; however, they can be exchanged for a voucher.
- We advise you to use a track & trace code and share it with us via email. This is important for a successful return handling.
- Damaged products due to external factors or usage will not be accepted.
