Exchange or return – how it works

  1. Sign up via https://account.novyre.nl

  2. Select the items you wish to exchange or return

  3. Choose whether you want to receive a different size or request a refund

  4. Follow the instructions you will receive directly by email

We recommend choosing exchange .
The correct size is usually delivered within two working days .
You can keep your current items for a while; once everything is in order, just return the ones that don't fit.


Shipping and handling

You can choose a shipping service yourself, such as PostNL, DHL or bpost.
For the Netherlands we recommend PostNL Small Package €5.95 .
For Belgium, bpost or PostNL Belgium is often the cheapest (average €7.95).

Once we have received and inspected your return, we will refund the purchase amount within 7 days or confirm the exchange.


What can you return?

You can return your order if the product:
• Unworn, unwashed and in original condition
• All labels still contained
• In the original packaging

Received a product from a contest? We'd be happy to exchange it for store credit.


Delivery and origin

Our collection consists of two types of delivery:
• Dutch stock – delivery within 1 to 2 working days
• Less common sizes and exclusive colours – delivered from China via YunExpress, with local post as final delivery

All returns are always processed in the Netherlands. You never have to ship anything abroad.

Do I need to fill out a return form?
No, everything is done digitally via https://account.novyre.nl .

Do I have to pay return costs?
Only the shipping costs for returns.
When exchanging an item, we will cover the shipping costs of the new item.

When will I get my money back?
Within seven days after your return has been received and approved by us.

What if my order arrived damaged?
Send a message within 48 hours using the chat button in the bottom right corner , along with a photo of the problem. We'll always resolve it promptly.
