At Novyre, we value clarity and service. Clear agreements, without the fine print.
Article 1 – Glossary
- Reflection period: the 14 days in which you can change your mind.
- Consumer: you, if you order from us for yourself (not business).
- Day: a normal calendar day.
- Long-term transaction: an order that is delivered multiple times.
- Durable medium: something on which you can store these terms and conditions.
- Right of withdrawal: your right to return your order.
- Entrepreneur: we, Novyre.
- Distance contract: your order via our webshop.
- Remote communication technology: online shopping, calling or WhatsApp.

Article 3 – When these conditions apply
These terms and conditions apply to every order placed through our webshop. You can easily view and save them.
Article 4 – Our offer
- Temporary promotions? We always clearly state them.
- Product photos are representative and honest.
- Is there an error in the price or text? We'll let you know and work with you to find a solution.

Delivery times:
- 🇳🇱 Dutch stock: 1-2 business days
- 🌍 Exclusive colours & pre-orders from China: 7 working days
- Shipping: Express via PostNL or DHL
- Costs: No import duties or additional VAT – we'll take care of that for you.
Article 5 – Your order
Your order is final once you've paid. Need to make a change? Send us a WhatsApp message quickly – if your order hasn't shipped yet, we'll see what we can do.
Article 6 – Right of withdrawal
You have a 14-day cooling-off period. You can always return your order to our Dutch returns address – even if your order came from China.
- Clothing may be tried on as long as the labels remain attached and the packaging is clean.
- Hygiene products (such as lingerie, shapewear and tights) may only be returned if the seal is intact.
Article 7 – Return costs
Return shipping costs are at your own expense. We'll ensure fast, friendly processing, and you'll receive your refund within 7 business days.
Article 9 – Prices
What you see is what you pay. No hidden fees – even if your order comes from China.
Article 10 – Warranty
Problem with your order? Send us a WhatsApp message at 0135915946. We'll resolve it politely and personally – without any hassle or standard forms.
Article 11 – Delivery
- 🇳🇱 Dutch stock: 1-2 business days
- 🌍 Delivery from China: 7 working days (via PostNL or DHL)
- You will always receive a track & trace as soon as your package has been shipped.
