- Go to your order
- Choose between: Exchange for a different size or style / Return for a refund
- Briefly state the reason for return
- That's all.
After logging in
Once we have received and inspected your return:
- We process these neatly
- Will you receive your purchase amount back within 7 working days?
- Refunds will be made via the original payment method
After receiving your return
Once your return has been registered via your account:
- Do you automatically receive the shipping instructions?
- Will you receive a return address in the Netherlands?
- Do you not need a return label?
You choose your own parcel delivery service. Many customers use PostNL (letterbox or small parcel), even without printing.
What can you return?

- Unworn and unwashed
- The original labels still attached
- Must be returned in the original packaging
