Registering a return? Here's how it works

  1. Log in to your account via: https://account.novyre.nl
  2. Go to your order
  3. Choose between: Exchange for a different size or style / Return for a refund
  4. Briefly state the reason for return
  5. That's all.

After logging in

Once we have received and inspected your return:

  • We process these neatly
  • Will you receive your purchase amount back within 7 working days?
  • Refunds will be made via the original payment method

After receiving your return

Once your return has been registered via your account:

  • Do you automatically receive the shipping instructions?
  • Will you receive a return address in the Netherlands?
  • Do you not need a return label?

You choose your own parcel delivery service. Many customers use PostNL (letterbox or small parcel), even without printing.

What can you return?

You can return products that:

  • Unworn and unwashed
  • The original labels still attached
  • Must be returned in the original packaging
