The 7 mistakes that cause visible lines

Yes - at Light and Medium strength. For long wear, fit is decisive. The Strong version is intended for special occasions.
Which shapewear colour under white dresses?
Close to your skin tone - so not white, but a beige or nude that matches your own skin. White shapewear shows through white fabric most strongly of all.
Does shapewear roll up at the bottom?
Only in too small a size, or in designs without a silicone hem band. Well-made shapewear has a silicone band on the inside that grips the skin.
Shapewear during pregnancy - is it safe?
During pregnancy we do not recommend tummy-shaping shapewear. If you are pregnant and considering any kind of shaping garment, consult your doctor or midwife first.
